High Precision |
||||||||||
The flow rate tolerance is within +/- 2% and the linearity within +/- 3%. Pulse stability is within +/- 1%. Our dosing pumps show stable performance at both low and high pressures. Flow rate adjustment can be achieved by acting on both the stroke length and the frequency. The effective regulation range of the flow rate is between 20% and 100% and that of the stroke frequency between 0/min strokes. and 360/runs min. |

Range of applications |
||||||||||
In response to the different application needs for the dosing of chemical additives, four types of dosing pump with different performances and functions have been standardized: the type R, the type M for the control of industrial processes, the type W for water treatment and the type E for higher flow rates.
Chemical resistance |

The materials available for the pump body are: PVC, GRRPP (glass fiber reinforced polypropylene), PVDF (Fluororesin) and stainless steel. All other parts in contact with the liquid to be dosed are made of corrosion-resistant materials: Hastelloy C276, Ceramic, FKM, PTFE, etc.
Vent valve |
||||||||||
Smaller models (with diaphragm diameter up to 20 mm) are equipped with a vent valve. Simply by turning a knob located in the upper part of the pump it is possible to quickly discharge the air contained in the pump.
Easy maintenance |
||||||||||
The pumps are made up of a small number of components. Maintenance interventions are greatly benefited.
